Travel insurance is not mandatory but highly recommended. It may be purchased through Georgia Hardy Tours Inc. at the time of registration. Our All Inclusive Group Travel Insurance is designed to cover losses arising from sudden and unforeseeable circumstances. This comprehensive insurance plan will protect you in case you must cancel or interrupt your trip due to a medical emergency. Please refer to the “All Inclusive Travel Insurance” online policy for details, as your coverage may be subject to certain limitations and exclusions. Insurance premium costs are NOT included in the tour price. Premium payment is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable. Canadian provincial health plans, e.g. OHIP, provide coverage when you are out the country, provided that each claim is supported by an original receipt. However, as coverage is limited to the amount payable under provincial schedules for a similar service in the province, the excess medical insurance provides coverage up to $5,000,000 of additional costs. If you decide not to purchase the All Inclusive Travel Insurance offered by Georgia Hardy Tours Inc., we will require you to sign an insurance waiver. Liability insurance is the responsibility of the individual.
